The payment conversation
Swifta Flow is being developed to connect business messaging with payment collection. Businesses will be able to bring invoice and reminder interactions into WhatsApp while using Swifta's payment infrastructure to initiate and track supported payments.
How the intended workflow works
Prepare an invoice
The business creates an invoice with an amount and payment reference.
Reach the customer
An authorized WhatsApp message presents the invoice or approved reminder.
Collect and track
The customer chooses to pay; the business can follow the resulting payment status.
Businesses may use these journeys for contributions, orders, subscriptions, or other lawful invoice-based payment scenarios.
How WhatsApp information is used
Where a business authorizes a WhatsApp connection, Swifta uses the information needed to send messages, recognize customer responses, present the right invoice details and report the resulting workflow to that business. This may include contact details, message content, responses, invoice references and delivery or payment status.
Swifta does not sell customer WhatsApp information. For a fuller explanation, read the Privacy Policy.
Availability and access
Flow is not yet advertised as generally available. Access will depend on merchant onboarding, approved WhatsApp message use, connected payment options and rollout readiness.
