The service
Swifta provides software tools that help businesses initiate supported payments, create and track invoices, receive payment events and, where available, communicate with customers through business messaging channels such as WhatsApp.
Features may vary by account, provider approvals, location and rollout stage. Swifta Flow is in development and should not be treated as generally available until explicitly enabled for your account.
Accounts and responsibilities
Businesses must provide accurate registration and account information, keep access credentials secure, restrict access to authorized personnel and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the payment and customer details you submit and for the actions performed using your account.
Messaging and consent
Businesses must obtain any consent or other authorization required to contact customers, use approved WhatsApp message templates where required, honor opt-out requests, and comply with the applicable messaging platform policies. Swifta may restrict activities that appear deceptive, unauthorized, abusive or unlawful.
Connecting WhatsApp or other third-party channels may require separate approval and continued compliance with the provider's terms.
Payment features
Payment completion and settlement depend on the connected payment providers and the merchant's own arrangements. A payment request or message does not itself establish that funds have been received. Businesses should rely on confirmed payment outcomes and maintain accurate customer records.
Applicable service charges, billing arrangements and any transaction limits should be set out in the account's agreed commercial terms. Swifta does not claim to hold customer funds or operate as a licensed payment service provider solely by offering software integration tools.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform dependable, but service may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, network availability or other events outside our control. Unless expressly agreed in a separate service agreement, no specific uptime or delivery-time guarantee is provided by these terms.
We may update features and these terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel.
Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and legal duties. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific limitation of liability or dispute process should be documented in a separately reviewed, enforceable agreement rather than assumed from this summary.
